Positive: It was convent being located by the airport and close to the freeway.

Negative: The toilet in our room only flushed if we held the handle down for an extended period, and the seat was broken and leaning off to one side.

Summary: It served its purpose, the room was great with the exception of the toilet.

Negative: I pay for a room and I dont get to use facilities , the hot tub , looking forward to relax , use the the tub , no , I pay the money to use ALL the facilities , I may be complaining about one simple thing , but I pay to use those simple things , especially when I take my grandson to enjoy those simple things , get it together

Positive: Very spacious, comfortable, inviting - size of room very accommodating - the front desk was very nice and friendly.

Negative: Showing it age, especially bathroom need more accessible hooks on door or walls, ok bed, but not a fabulous mattress. Drinks that were ridiculously priced in coolers. ( 4 $ for a bottle of Bai Coconut !! ) Had to go back down to FDesk in order to be explained how to open the door… not originally informed. But FD personal apologized sincerely and then we were able to open the door… and the extra mile we had to go to find ice ! None on 3rd floor … and I’m not sure if my friend ever actually found ice on 1st … An Apple, cookie, or something in the way of making a guest feel welcome and appreciated would be nice at front desk. I’ve stayed at much lower priced hotels which represented hospitality like that. Probably would look for another stay elsewhere next time.

Summary: Very nice, but pricey for stay.
