Positive: Staff member (Olivia) was very friendly and allowed me to check in early. Lots of options on the large in-room TV. Everything was clean and tidy with a good-sized bathroom. The place is a little way from the town centre - but that is no problem, as you know that before you book.
Negative: Room was a little cluttered, the bed was a little too firm, and there was a hands-off approach to serving breakfast, whereby it was only when leaving that it became apparent that there was a self-service cereal and drinks area - and it was impossible to ask for ketchup etc while eating the cooked breakfast as no staff were to be found.
