Positive: Beautiful woodsy, private location. Great deck space and chairs. Jacuzzi was clean and hot! Kitchen worked well. Having 2 social areas, one on each floor, was great.

Negative: This is billed as handicap accessible (2 of our group use canes for long walks): 1. the elevator stops between floors, trapping you unless someone outside elevator presses on door. 2. Door to main bedroom downstairs does not latch shut. 3. Bed in main bedroom is so high off ground that it is difficult for senior to get up and in. 4. 4" Mattress topper on downstairs queen bed is a double bed size. You literally lose 6" of mattress space and tend to slide off bed. 5. Trash compactor is missing knob, can't use. 6. When we arrived propane was turned off at the outdoor tank, no BBQ. 7. Upstairs electric fireplace needed service person to come out and perform maintenance. 8. Sunshade in loft was half gone. 9. Stairs are old, narrow and feel awkward- a little uncomfortable to use. 10. Downstairs loungers could not be opened to "lounge" position . 11. Path to river is short but has one terrible 30 ' section that was so steep (no trees or handholds near enough to help) that it was almost impossible for 2 of our family to use.

Summary: Beautiful site, Cabin needs some loving care, maintenence.

Positive: Spacious and comfortable home. Beautiful forest view. Private. Hot tub was clean and hot. Everything was well maintained.

Negative: The pictures led me to believe it was right on the river and that you'd see the river from the property's outdoor furniture. The river was actually not visible and a little walk to get to. It was fine, the property was wonderful anyway.

Summary: Wonderful, spacious family-fantastic property.

Negative: Bath tub out of order in upstairs bathroom and lots of ants in lower bathroom.
