Positive: The house was amazing! We had everything we needed. Great beds, a well-equipped kitchen, beautiful pool. A big shopping Sarit centre was just a 10 minute walk away.

Negative: The name of the building is Orchard Residence not Stone Age Nairobi. It was difficult to find. The electricity went off during the night came back on 9:30 the next morning.

Positive: The apartment we were referred to was not the one we booked but was very spacious. Had large windows with lots of lighting. The beds were very comfortable and rooms extra clean. The house had everything one might need from the kitchen to the bathrooms and bedrooms. Many places one may want to go were very close. Had great roof top pool with amazing views.

Negative: We reached the apartment we had booked and found it had already been given out to someone else inspite of communication between us onthe booking. The host instead told us some story of how the key went missing with a previous guest. We were then referred to another apartment. We realized it did not have the ammenities we were looking for. We were then referred to a third apartment. Poor service and communication.

Positive: Very walkable from the mall. Faith personally met us and showed us around. The place was clean, warm, and peaceful, with a city view that made the city feel distant in the best way.
