Negative: I booked for four adults for one night as we were transititing the city and was very dissapointed. We were given the downstairs flat no 1, which is not suitable for four adults. There's one bed, one sofa bed and one mattress in a claustrophobic closet. The bedspread available was not washed and smelled of sweat, plus there was dirty bedspread in the closet. There also weren't enough pillows. In terms of towels, there was only one hand towel and two face towels in the bathroom, which were all dirty. Additionally, there was a note on the table from the previous people that were there saying pretty much the same thing as me now, which means that the flat wasn't even checked or cleaned before we went there!!

Positive: We stayed for one night in this upstairs flat and one night in the downstairs flat. I've already left a review for the downstairs flat, which did not meet our expectations. However, the upstairs flat was much nicer and more suitable for our group. This must have been decorated recently as it still smelled of paint, and there were no curtains.

Negative: The only negative was that the bathroom wasn't very clean.
