Positive: 1.Clean open big hall but no use for those who stay for one or two nights. 2.Air conditioners are functioning properly.Rooms and hall are clean and well ventilated.

Negative: 1.Far away from city limit about more than 5 km 2.We have to pay again Gram panchayat toll once we cross city limit. 3.Accommodation provided in an old G+2 floor house.Rooms are on 1st and 2nd Floor ,Ground floor parking,caretaker rooms and Cows are there. 4.Rooms are very small and no provision for cloth hanging,very small bed provided with hard coir mattress. Two persons can’t sleep comfortably. 5.Bath rooms are in very poor condition,shabby,all old and broken fittings and not maintained properly. 6.House is in newly developed layout with no proper roads.Deserted area with few residential building.not well connected with main road.Very risky and difficult to reach in night time as there are no street light. 7.You can reach the accommodation only if you have your own vehicle.

Positive: No breakfast was available, it's a homestay. It's peaceful and quiet, but there are no facilities nearby for eating. The caretaker is friendly and helpful.

Negative: The location is such that there is no tar road to the property, it's in an isolated area, there are no restaurants nearby.

Summary: If you are looking for an extremely budget accommodation, this fits the bill.
