Positive: The caretaker stayed awake till 1am to give access to the property and guide us to the room. The air conditioning worked well. Morning hour was pleasant.
Negative: The road to location was a bad and rainy days may make it inacessible. The building in itself is surrounded by a bit of nature and not so far from the main road. However the room was shabby and not clean. The sheets had hair strands from previous guest and the bed was not as comfortable. No shops or restaurants in walkable distance.
Summary: Passable and can be chosen in case of emergency.

Positive: The owner and the caretaker were very helpful and courteous.
Negative: The property is 500m away from the tarred road meaning approach road is bad. Rooms are on the second floor without lift but owner was clear about this before the booking. Facilities are very basic as expected for the price but the mattresses were uncomfortable and covered in plastic which makes sleeping very difficult. If this is improved, definitely value for money stay.
