Positive: The owner was waiting for us upon arrival even though we arrived late.

Negative: everything in the apartment is controlled by SMART technology, which doesn't work here. In any case, we couldn't even use the shower and what bothered me the most was that the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted. It couldn't even be turned off manually at night - it would turn on every 10 minutes, even though we wanted to sleep. It's incredibly annoying that I can't turn off an electronic device by myself, but I have to disturb the owner around 2:30, otherwise I won't sleep. We were also either cold (both the air conditioning and the heating were on) or we couldn't sleep because it couldn't be regulated. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, for me it was the worst night in years.

Positive: Location is very good - close to highway but still calm and silent. Seemed to be (and could be) ideal for an overnight stop.

Negative: No information on checking-in was provided in advance -- arriving late evening (as in our case) it is a bit frustrating to call someone to let you in. Room was more or less clean but certain surfaces were covered with thin layer of dust, table with some sticky stuff and cobwebs were in the corners. Bathroom was not cleaned well: for instance tooth paste marks were left on the sink from previous guests. But the worst surprise came in the morning: there was no warm water in the shower! When trying to adjust the sophisticated shower device it has made short circuit 2 times --- so after all it gave an impression of beeing even insecure. (I have texted the owner about it but answer came oly after we have already left.)

Summary: Not to recommend.
