Positive: BOOKING.com gave me wrong info about the cost meal plan! According to the offer from booking.com, I would pay 650 Inr per day for bfast and dinner! The hotel negated thst snd charged1250 Inr per day person!!! Nit nice!

Negative: I could have been told the location is isolated and everything had to be done at the hotel - meals etc. I wish booking.com is more proactive next time

Negative: There was no wifi, No mobile network at all, No TV signal. We were cutoff from the world completely. In case of any emergency it is almost nowhere to go. The property is almost 14 kms away from Chail contrary to the information given on the site that it is 5 kms. We felt cheated. Food also is just Okay. We were given almost cold food many times during the winters( temprature around 4* ) when you expect hot food

Summary: Did not like the stay there. We will not go back to this property & will not recommend it to anyone

Positive: Although overall stay was ok including Room Service, cleanliness. Food served was also of good quality.

Negative: Although overall stay was ok but at the time of check out I had to catch a train from Chandigarh and requested the hotel for small taxi but was informed that only big taxis go to Railway Station and was charged for big taxi on the other hand I traveled in big taxi from Sterlling Chail to Shimla and thereafter I was told to get down and from there another small taxi was waiting for dropping me to Chandigarh Railway Station. I was charged for big taxi and ultimately traveled to the Chandigarh Railway Station in a small taxi even after paying the price of big taxi. Also the Food served was little overpriced. Location was also quite far from the main Chail attractions.
