Summary: The staff were v polite and helpful. Mr Jugnoo in the restaurant and Mr Santosh at the bar on the 4th floor were specially very supportive and made it lively and enjoyable to us

Summary: Clean and spacious rooms. Nice view of the Manali valley and nicely located property. The property is decently sized. The only negative was that hot water supply wasn't working so had to take a shower with cold water. Since we were there only for a night it did not matter much.

Summary: It's my first time stay in Sterling. I'm happy with cordial receiving from Sterling, rooms, amenities are very good. Room service, house keeping was execllent and food was tasty as well. It got wonderful view to see snow hills from rooms.
