Steps To The Sea is a newly remodeled 2 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath, 5th Floor Penthouse, Ocean Views, Pool Views. Standing desk area with charging station and beach equipment storage underneath. Now with guest pantry, new appliances throughout, enlarged kitchen, master bedroom includes coffee bar and a balcony with an awesome view. Soaking tub in the master bathroom with enlarged showers in master and guest bathrooms.
Living Area
With beautiful decor and large balcony windows, this serene living space offers the island tranquility that you deserve. The sectional sofa has a convertible sleeper. There are two matching sitting chairs and a charging station on the accent table. Across from the sectional sleeper sofa is an entertainment center with wall mounted flat panel smart television and Spectrum cable service.
Kitchen & Dining
The galley kitchen has been completely remodeled with new countertops, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of cookware, plates, cups, cutlery, and utensils for 8 guests. There is a standard 12 cup coffee pot, Keurig K cup coffee maker, and many other kitchen amenities. There is dining for eight (8), and a couple bar stools at the kitchen counter.
Primary En-suite
The primary en-suite is located upstairs and conveys the same decor from the living space downstairs. From the king bed, you will be overlooking the rolling waves from the Gulf of Mexico. There is a large flat panel television with Spectrum cable and an additional sleeper sofa for those needing the added sleeping space. The en-suite bathroom has undergone a complete remodel and is a beautiful spa like space. The scalloped tile suggests your are located among the wind wisped Texas coastal dunes. The extra deep soaker tub is a nice amenity after a long day at the beach. There is also a walk in shower for those on the go vacation days.
Guest En-suite
The guest bedroom is upstairs and features an en-suite bathroom. There is sleeping for four with a twin bunk over a queen bed and a pull out twin trundle. There is a swivel rocker chair, ample dresser storage and a wall mounted smart television. The remodeled bathroom keeps with the spa like feel and has a walk in shower.
Outdoor Areas
Take in the coastal air from split level balconies, furnished with loungers and chairs on both balconies. Summary: This was by far the best condo I have ever stayed in when traveling to Port A. The view from the upstairs bedroom is breathtaking and the view from the downstairs living area with the ocean right outside and a vaulted ceiling. This stay was perfect, quiet, there are 3 pools and a hot tub. Very nice place and I will stay here again!

Summary: Our condo was gorgeous! We have stayed the last nine years in Port Aransas and the last four years at Mayan Princess but this by far exceeded all of our expectations. All MP balconies face toward the ocean but this one sits up extra high (fourth and fifth floor balconies) and there are lots of extra sweet touches like coffee in the master bedroom, games, regular coffee maker and K cup, the chairs on the balcony are plentiful with lots of blankets and towels for the beach. It’s perfect for a family stay and we absolutely loved it!!!

Summary: This condo was everything my family was looking for during our stay on the beach! The condo and property itself was clean, beautiful and a fantastic location right on the beach and close to some great local spots to eat. The primary suite upstairs was exquisite with amazing views of the ocean and the primary bathroom outdid itself with a large soaking tub, beautiful shower, and nice toiletries left for all to use. Overall, if we come back to this part of the beach we will definitely be back and highly recommend for families with children. Tons of board games and puzzles downstairs too! Something for everyone!

Summary: Our family thoroughly enjoyed the spacious condo. We had other friends and family staying nearby and everyone ended up gathering here in the evenings. Plenty of room to stretch out on the cozy couch or gather around the large dining table to eat and talk. Loved the color scheme and all of the amenities including the coffee maker in the main suite. The large bathroom was right out of an HGTV reno. Absolutely beautiful and we're looking forward to going back.

Summary: Deserves more than 5 stars! Beautifully decorated and clean. Amazing view from master bedroom, both balconies and throughout the living, dining and kitchen areas. Loved the coffee bar and seating area in the master bedroom. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Summary: Hi, Overall, the place we stayed at was nice. The pool however was not heated to 82 degrees, so it was quite cold- all 3 of them. Luckily there was a nice hot tub. The property was a bit remote for my liking, but it was nice and clean. We could have used more detergent and toilet paper.
