Summary: Lovely property and very private. Very close walk to the beach. It was great to have the lower backyard to enjoy. The only thing we felt was extremely aggravating was the light and the fan in the bathroom were connected. You could not have the light on without the fan blasting away. The fan was very loud and slightly nerve-racking. We understood why the fan automatically went on when the light went on was because there was no window in the bathroom. I'm sure there are many people who would not turn on the fan while showering if it was on an individual switch. However, it was very aggravating.Other than that this spot is a 10 out of 10.

Summary: The unit was spacious with lots of windows with beautiful views of the gardens and bay! We enjoyed sitting outside on the outdoor furniture sipping our coffee watching the sunrise! Kitchen was equipped with lots of spices, utensils and cook ware. Location is awesome. We could walk to the grocery store in 12 minutes. We highly recommend “Steps to the Beach”.

Summary: The place was very comfortable. Comfortable bed tho a little “creaky”. It is a basement suite so some noise from people walking around upstairs. It was very rainy so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors much and that is definitely part of the charm of the rental.
