With a BUNK ROOM that can sleep 6 guests it is perfect for families and large groups. The bunk room has 4 bunk beds and 1 queen bed.
The master bedroom has a large walk in closet, private deck, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub.
Perfect layout for large groups to enjoy the cozy living room with a fireplace, dining room, & gourmet kitchen.
Enjoy your vacations with this custom interior designed luxurious townhouse just STEPS AWAY from the slopes at eagle lodge. Bring your large group of up to 10 people to this spacious home with 4 bedrooms and a loft. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet, private deck, en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. The bunk room can sleep 6 guests and is perfect for the kids or your large group. This home features a 2 car garage, private decks, and mountainous views. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, custom wood breakfast bar, and slate flooring. Enjoy the spaciousness of the living room with a gas lit fireplace, flat screen TV, and high ceilings. Enjoy large family meals in the dining room just off the kitchen. The second bedroom is upstairs next to the master bedroom with its own closet and bathroom. The third bedroom is next to the kitchen with a closet and bathroom. The fourth bedroom is downstairs with 2 bunk beds, a separate queen size bed, and en suite bathroom. The loft which has a futon can sleep another two people. There is a gas BBQ on the front balcony. Other features include WIFI.
There is no guest access to the closet across the laundry room and the foyer closet.

Summary: This home is definitely HUGE. We were able to fit 4 families comfortably. Best part is it is walking distance to Eagle Lodge. Parking might be an issue as only 1 car can really fit in the garage and the HOA doesn't allow people to park parallel to the garage anymore. There is guest parking, but only one guest pass. We parked 3 cars in the guest parking spots without any issue, however. But we went in spring. It might be an issue during busy season.

Summary: Best place I’ve stayed in that was not a house on the mountain. Ira unreal. Great stay. Great host. House is very easy. Many bedrooms. Kitchen fully stocked. Kids have their own space. I would get this place any time. Worth it
