Positive: Location, View of Mt Fuji, Proximity to Hayama Marina/beaches/convenience store.

Negative: Cold in January, period. Would be nice if the property had heaters on upon our visit (plus the instructions for heaters weren’t so comprehensive at first, even for Japanese). Way too much warning signs for making noise etc including a big poster on the door (which actually makes the property look not great). We had extra 2 guests for the first night, which we didn’t see any extra beds set up for. If you watches the promotional video of the property prior to your visit, you might find the actual property less fancy.

Summary: good if you have your expectations not so high
