Experience the luxury of single family living with this 3-bedroom golf course duplex that boasts wonderful views, natural light and outdoor spaces typically not found with a condominium. Numerous upgrades done by the current owner include new deck, car port, wood floors, sliding doors to the deck and a full kitchen remodel. Plenty of outdoor living spaces to enjoy the views and setting.
Step into the open concept main floor and enjoy a fully stocked kitchen overlooking a beautiful view of the golf course and Mt. Wilson. Fully equipped with state of the art appliances, including a double stack Wolf oven, this kitchen has been newly renovated and comes stocked with any kitchen wares you may need to cook an amazing meal. The open concept main floor provides ample space for entertaining. The living room has a flat screen smart TV, a large sectional couch and a gas fireplace, making it the perfect setting for a cozy night in. Located off the dining area is a wall of windows with 2 sliding doors that lead to the newly renovated deck. There you will find an ultramodern gas fire pit, comfortable deck seating and ample space to enjoy the sweeping views of the San Juan mountains with a glass of wine or cup of coffee.
One guest bedroom is located on the main floor just off the living room and boasts an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs you will find the second guest suite and primary suite, both with ample storage space, their own private bathrooms and views of the mountains. The upstairs guest room has a twin over full bunk bed and would make a perfect kid's room, while the primary suite has a comfortable king bed with blackout shades and a large mounted smart TV.
This duplex has a brand new covered car port that can fit 1 large vehicle, as well as space for 2 more cars in the driveway. If you don't have a vehicle, no problem! Your reservation includes free Dial-A-Ride service, which will take you anywhere in Mountain Village. Additionally, the local bus shuttle service stops at the Blue Mesa bus stop and offers service to Town Hall Plaza (grocery & liquor stores and the Gondola) with additional stops throughout Mountain Village. All in all just a fantastic comfortable property with word class views and best in class for location.

Summary: Good location. Plenty of room for our family and another couple. Kitchen was nice. Be nice to have some more coffee cups and glassware. Would rent this place again.
