Positive: Beautiful camp and location with warm welcoming staff.

Negative: Only in room shower was shower head in bath (not ideal when you are tall 😅) and for a luxury camp i would have hoped for a slightly better finish and in room amenities - wear and tear obvious on furniture and bathroom fittings, bath stopper didn't work etc.

Positive: Great food (always served hot and tasty), great drinks, awesome pool, best views, fantastic sunset camel ride, great staff! Best oasis for a solo motorcyclist. I'm glad I ignored the few negative reviews as this place exceeded my expectations in every regard. One thing to note: I left my Ferrari Ray-Bans by the pool. I thought I lost them for good. The next morning, my sunglasses were waiting for me at the front desk!

Positive: Gorgeous setting with lovely views of the desert and snow capped mountains in the distance. Very peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were very luxurious feeling, spacious with stunning panoramic views and a nice little terrace. Very clean and the staff were lovely. The pool was clean and plenty of beds for everyone that was staying. They served alcohol with some good cocktails.

Negative: Our only slight qualm was the music playlist that played loudly during dinner. Very depressing, screechy, emotional music from sam smith, ed Sheeran, Benson boon etc. not really the vibe and got very annoying very quickly. We asked them to change the music but they said they weren’t allowed. Also the bath/shower set up was a bit weird - there was just a loose shower head hose, so no tap to fill the bath and no bracket on the wall to hold the shower head so you have to hold the shower head to wash. The menu was a bit limited which was fine as we were only there 2 nights but just think if someone was staying longer they might get a bit bored eating the same things… perhaps a daily special might add a bit of variety?
