Positive: The whole apartment was perfect beautiful view, comfortable, less than a minuets walk to the park and sea front and 5 minutes to the Waterpark. Even the little bus that comes by made the holiday so easy

Positive: Great location. Immaculate throughout. So homely and comfortable.

Negative: Only small negative is that blackout curtains are needed in the twin bedroom. It was very bright in there during July for my children to get to sleep, same goes for in the very early morning

Positive: Everything was like in the description. Comfortable beds, nice view from the bedroom balcony, comfortable sitting and dining area. Excellent customer service. Guest guide sent in advance really helpful also with things to do in the area. Super comfortable with two bathrooms!

Negative: Pillows could be better quality and the kitchen was quite poorly equipped (really bad quality knives); the patio downstairs is really only the entrance with a parking view; Paignton itself is not on top of the list of most charming towns.

Summary: Great place to stay for people who want to explore Devon.

Positive: Location is excellent. It is very nicely presented Parking outside the door

Negative: It can’t be helped but the property above has a large outside veranda which covers the ceiling of this apartment. They dragged furniture around a lot and the frequent sound of footsteps was intrusive. That being said it wouldn’t put me off booking here again
