Positive: The hotel itself is IMMACULATE it was cleaned every day morning and night, inside, by the pools, in the rooms everything was spotless. The aesthetics of the hotel were on point everything down to the tea cups you get in the rooms were all so aesthetically pleasing. The staff were all so lovely and attentive always around to ask for drinks or food or if you needed any help. Out of all the staff, Marina at reception stood out the most! She was always so kind and helped as much as she could with anything you needed. She organised everything for us and we didn’t have to worry about a thing! She welcomed us with a warm embrace and made our stay magical.

Negative: The food was delicious but I must say there were not many non-pork options and as we don’t eat pork it was a little limited for options but there were lovely steaks in the a la cart and chicken options in the lunch bar and main buffet. Towels were all down on sunbeds at around 8:45 latest but if you want a “preferred bed” we got up at around 7 to go and lay them, staff are very attentive with this as they have a policy which states if towels are left unattended for over an hour they will get removed which was very helpful regarding the “sunbed hoggers”

Summary: friendly and clean amazing hotel. Will be back again

Positive: The property is beautiful and we were able to enjoy a luxe swim up room and found this amazing. The spa is beautiful as well as the rest of the resort. The front of house manager (Eliana) went above and beyond and made our stay ever so special, thank you again! We are looking forward to retuning due to the excellent hospitality we received!

Negative: Some of the drinks were very sweet and queues for the bars can take a while.

Positive: The breakfast and snack bar food options were very good. The pool area and the service at the pool was very good, someone always going around asking whether we’d like a drink. The staff were very friendly and when we needed help we received it.

Negative: The check in process was a little chaotic and slow. We had to download an app in order check which was a first. We also never received wristbands bands when we checked in and everyone else in the resort had them. There was also an issue with the shower drain and a socket in our room and once we let the staff know about it they were quite into resolve it. The buffet dinner was a little repetitive in terms of choices available.

Positive: We stayed at the Stella Blue Resort for 6 days and it was a great pleasure. Quiet spaces, diverse pools. Everything was new and stunning. Excellent and pleasant atmosphere throughout the resort. Varied music and singers every evening. Highly recommended for couples. The legendary manager George, thanks to him we had a positive experience and we will return only thanks to him. There is no one like George, who took care of everything that was needed with kindness and professionalism. A wonderful person. The pictures are accurate for the price and even more. Thank you Stella
