Positive: Absolutely wonderful experience. Beautiful design and well maintained. This beach side resort opened in 2019 before covid, been through Covid and still looks brand new which is amazing. We booked the garden view room with king bed which is about 75m2, huge room for 2 people, everything spotless and smelled so good. Spa: amazing, we stayed for 1 night and did 2 spa sessions, one when we first arrived and waiting to be checked in, it was soooo good we had to come back the next morning after an early swim. Swimming pool was gorgeous and must have been a 4 seasons pool because the water was already warm at 6am. Room service and buggie service were very efficient. Breakfast buffet was lovely, nice spread of food even for low season. But the most impressive aspect for us was their service. Everybody was so warm and sweet and efficient. We were driven around by buggie for a tour of the resort and every staff (even the gardening staff or the organic veggie garden staff who were busy would stop what they’re doing to wave and smile at us, amazing to say the least). I can confidently say this is by far the best service we’ve experienced in Vietnam, and for the amount of money paid for the room, we got soooo much beyond expectation.

Positive: It was a stunning and exotic place to stay. Beautiful pool, pool bar, room are incredible clean, big, amenities and the fact you’re surrounded by nature is amazing. We really enjoyed two swimming pools. Also loved front able to walk out the door and be steps away from the beach. Every staff I came across was very kind, helpful and always bent over backwards to make sure we were looked after. They did everything they can to make your stay comfortable and special. Food was decent, too. The welcome drink was special. The breakfast was amazing! So tasteful and with a great variety of options!

Positive: Consistent theme and mood in their interior design. Beautiful new property with genuine and hospitable staff

Negative: -It took forever for pool service, which is ridiculous (especially for early evening time on a weekend). They need better staff division regardless of events. It's the Easter weekend with high occupancy rate, so at least have someone to attend to in-house guests in the pool area. -Unfortunately the a la carte meal in the evening was way below our expectations vs what we read about the chef (being fooled by the PR articles even though we were aware of the tactics). Consistencies in internal communication, service, and food quality that they need to improve here. -Very bad lifeguard on duty personnel. He lied down in the hut the entire time we were at the beach. There's a steep sand slope at their beach area due to the strong waves, but it turned more narrow and stable when you "dare" to move further that slope. The reality was: I dared not move further than that despite knowing the design of the beach here (I stayed at another property next door few months back and their beach does not have this issue), because my friend could not swim. And I would not risk my life in a strange beach location, since I could not turn to any experienced lifeguard for questions. We were only able to catch him later for questions, when we left the beach (he had to sit up to respond to us). Shame and lame service, I must criticize here. -There was a marathon happening on Sunday, during our departure time. The property is located in the center of the road blocks. No communication or warning for the guests was issued. We almost missed the flight because no cars could enter the property, forcing us to book their airport service at a very high (and in that situation, monopoly) price. We don't mind paying, but you could do better than putting guests in that situation.
