Positive: The house was clean and has enough rooms and space..the location was also really nice.. the host is very friendly.. we enjoyed our stay in general..

Negative: There was a weird smell when we entered the house it smells like sewage.. the bathrooms en the toilets smell the same too.. it was clean though.. the water wasn't warm enough to shower. and we didn't know that there aren't any towels in the house..

Positive: Modern, spacious, renovated, good wifi, responsive host, good cleaning . Not expensive. Overall 10 points concept. Bedsheets included, and beds dressed at arrival.

Negative: Hmm, the door code that we received was not correct, so a bit of stress standing at the door in the rain and phoning the host. All got sorted well in the end. Thus one point deduction. But the house in itself, 10 points without any doubt.

Negative: The photo looks more nice than it ex is.we arrived late at night and we had ordered and paid for a pack of towels but the towels weren't there and so we had to stay the next day without washing since we had pkan a full day out and when we send them a message the answer in the morning was Sorry, but i was very busy . We waited till 10 00am but they didn't arrive so we stayed till the evening to wash.
