Positive: Great location good facilities. Location near the city was excellent for getting in and around.

Negative: We could have done with some fans for the bedrooms as it was very hot.

Summary: Brilliant house, good locations, so much to do in the town and so much more within 20 minute drive.

Positive: Clean, comfortable with plenty of room for all in our party. We loved that it was decorated very thoughtfully as well.

Negative: We loved the property, another full bathroom with sink would have been ideal but not really an issue.

Summary: Very clean, comfortable and beautifully appointed home in a convenient location.

Positive: Tea,milk,jam, bread ,etc ready for us on arrival.

Negative: Dinning room table to large for area had trouble sliding round back and continually moving heavy table. Had initial trouble locating knife drawer so maybe a note on location would benefit for future clients.

Positive: Very convenient location. Good parking. Nicely prepared/presented. Greatly improved since our stay 12 months ago.

Negative: The bin management & collections do not seem to work properly. There was no bin out for collection on the Friday of our arrival & both bins had rubbish in them. We put the black bin (waste) out on the Tuesday which was full of bagged waste from previous occupants. These were taken away but loose waste which was hidden under the bags was not taken. This included soiled nappies, which we did not consider our job to bag up. The recycling bin was not emptied before we left on the Friday. Strong winds had blown it over once so we put it back inside. We took our own waste home with us. None of this is the fault of the owners and is not a criticism of the property.

Summary: Very enjoyable stay in a nice property which has been much improved since our previous stay.

Positive: Great location with easy walk to shops and restaurants. Facilities suitable for a party if 6

Negative: Everything was amazing. A suggestion would be to exchange the sun beds outside for comfortable lounging chairs as the sun beds did not work without cushions!!

Positive: Great location for Chichester and the area. A comfortable, well maintained, quality house with good sized rooms, private off road parking and all required facilities. Owner/manager very helpful and responsive when I telephoned with a question on arrival.

Negative: Two good sized bath/shower rooms but one is downstairs (with all the bedrooms upstairs)
