Positive: Monica was a spectacular host - friendly, very responsive and went above and beyond when we needed to locate a nearby hospital during our stay. She was available but discreet, leaving us to our own devices. The apartment feels very private and spacious, with excellent modern amenities (European windows, motion lighting), huge bathroom and a walk-in robe. Although the fridge is shared with the next apartment, it is clearly labelled and outside the door, along with the kettle/teas/toaster, so not an issue to use. Lovely bedding and table linens provided, and mokapot. Cleaning was done on the 4th night proactively. The apartment is well located for public transport - bus to Trieste was literally right outside the door and runs till late, also to local osmica (either walking distance or bus up to Prepotto). Property had a lovely front garden with quiet nooks for relaxing or eating, and was very secure (separate locks for front gate, front door and your room). If arriving by car, there is an excellent supermarket nearby (Conad). We ended up enjoying our time outside of Trieste itself more because of this stay.
Negative: 5G/Wifi was weak in the area (not a fault of the apartment). The washing machine was (temporarily) not available during our stay. Showerhead would frequently slide downwards and needs fixing.

Positive: I had a wonderful stay here. The room and all the facilities were in excellent condition when I arrived. The bus stop right outside the apartment made it very convenient to travel to both the city centre and Sistiana. Monica was also kind enough to pick me up on my first day, which I really appreciated. The information sheet she provided was great and made it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment!

Positive: We had the large apartment that was exceptionally spacious and did suit us well. It was fully equiped for full comfort and very clean, it really is in reality like presented on the pictures. The host, Monica, was very friendly and helpful. The beaches are reachable, yet we needed to take car with little child, otherwise bus stop is right in front of the house. A small shop, few nice coffee bars and as well bakery are within 15 minutes walking time along a quiet street.
Negative: What are used to a larger bed in terms of width and length so few centimeters both ways were missed. That said it was not small but standard.
Summary: Wonderfull days in Italy.

Positive: The property is at a great location- quiet and 10 min by car from Trieste and the Miramare castle. You can 🅿️park your car just outside the house. It is pristine clean, very comfortable, you have everything you need! Monica is a wonderful host! ✨ She helped with ℹ️ about nearby restaurants, bus stops, told us about local sights, boat trips and so much more! We will definitely come to visit again 🤩

Positive: Location is perfect if you are by car and want a good, quiet rest. We were unfortunately here just for one night and did not have the oportunity to enjoy some of the highlights that the lodging has to offer. Monica was a lovely host. She waited for us since we were quite late and gave us some tips regarding our departure. The studio room is spacious and very clean. We had a good sleep and since we had to leave early, we did not have the chance to enjoy some coffee in the wonderfull garden. Also, you can find parking easily on the stret which was a plus.

Positive: It was extremely clean and cosy! The host Monica is really nice and helpful, so recommended.
Negative: We had a problem with the door to the bathroom it was hard to close it, I guest it needs a little repair. But it didn’t spoil our stay, everything was perfect :)
