Positive: I like the greenery and location. The cottages are well placed amongst the trees and in between nature. The property also has a walking trail in the forest. Food was good but breakfast options could be better.

Negative: No activities for people to be involved throughout the night, there were no other bookings and the place seems to be little unsafe and lot of non guests kept roaming in the area. Electricity was not there for almost 3-3.5 hours, though they managed power throughout the night.

Summary: Good and comfortable stay. The property needs to see how to engage the guests in some activities.

Positive: The property is beautiful and huge. The staff is courteous. The rooms are nice and spacious. The food prepared is delicious.

Negative: Stayvista is ripping us off on multiple counts. First they call and insist on prepayment and make you feel like you are beholden to them. You can book directly with the owner and the price will be 50% less. Then they ask you to confirm all food 72 hours in advance, which is ridiculous and a lie. Most people dont even stay for 72 hours. At the property you only need to inform them the night before. Just 20mins away are some charming dhabas serving excellent food. Yet stayvista will pester you to take their food package. Stayvista food charges are also 2x the charges if you order at the property. I was quoted 1400+18%GST for bf+dinner per head. One person called Mukesh Shinde was particularly annoying and dishonest. Stayvista and their people are bringing shame to a fine property and a fine on-ground staff.

Summary: Stayvista is better described as stayaway.

Positive: Stay was good.. property was good.. location is peaceful..

Negative: Staff is not able to help on any queries most of the time they don't even understood the question. Punjab was good at his job but other staff members were clueless.. Even dinning experience can also be improved.. There was no arrangement of plates spoon glasses on dinning table. We had to ask for these basic things repeatedly. As compared to the charges you are taking entire dinning experience was average..

Positive: The property is huge and filled with greenery which makes it very pleasant. It’s totally pet friendly and the staff is very helpful and humble. The rooms were clean with modern appliances. The service was good.

Negative: The food package is very expensive and ala carte option is also not available.
