Summary: Very nice hotel in downtown Wilmington. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very comfortable as well as the bed. was able to walk a few blocks to restaurants.

Summary: TRACEY was wonderful ... overall check-in took way too long, mostly because of difficulty with paying for parking ... this should be simplified and made more ( OLD ! ) user-friendly.

Summary: Friendly check-in and checkout. Our room was very clean and quiet on the third floor. The whole hotel is maintained very well and it’s very clean. Our room had an odd layout, though with the TV directly above the sofa which was odd. Beds are very comfortable and there’s a full kitchen and big bathroom, but the shower is small. Complementary wash and dryer on the 11th floor with a few of each supplied. Breakfast was great. They were scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon, make your own waffles, and many other food items. Breakfast area has lots of room to sit and it’s also very well maintained. I knew about the parking ahead of time so we just parked in the parking lot on the corner of 12th and market which is $24 a night/$25.20 with the surcharge total per night. We had no issues parking there. There are garages within a block around the hotel if you would prefer that, but don’t know the charges for those. Location is convenient to see sites in the area. We found it very quiet and a safe location. Overall, we had a great nights day.

Summary: Had a nice visit to Wilmington. You are in a downtown area. Nice lobby and great breakfast. The room was great but bed could have been better.

Summary: Come for the breakfast hot bar but stay for the staff hospitality. Room was spacious and clean! Hallways were quiet, elevators were clean, easy parking and all you can drink fruit water! This place is awesome and you won't be disappointed!

Summary: Very clean, modern hotel. Room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. No real complaints on the hotel. My only issue was hotel parking. $25 to park your car at a hotel you’re paying to stay at, seems insane to me.
