Positive: Close to restaurants and stores and right off the highway. Beds were comfortable.

Negative: Short staffed. Our first room was dirty and had not been cleaned. Hotel lobby wasn’t super clean.

Summary: It was okay for a night to sleep, but based on our check-in and cleanliness, I wouldn’t book it a second time.

Negative: The A/C operation. Could not get it just to be cool, but not blast all night. If we turned it up to 70, it would be warm air. 69 degrees, freezing cold.

Negative: I’ve been here 5 years ago and it has gone downhill since then. Breakfast was badly attended, not very clean and on Sat/Sun items were missing and the the floor was a disaster. During the night of Saturday someone pissed in the elevator and it wasn’t cleaned until 11am next morning. What a disgrace!

Positive: A comfortable hotel with friendly staff, not far from WMU. Apart from the glitch noted below, it was a very pleasant stay. Thanks.

Negative: An apparent tech glitch resulted a failure to update my contact and payment information from Booking.com and my reservation being canceled at the last minute. I can't tell whether the problem was with the hotel's computer system or with its interface with Booking. The staff did their best to resolve the immediate problem, but I would advise Booking customers reserving here to confirm that their information has imported properly, just in case.
