Summary: When i arrived i let the young man know i was had a reservation for one night and provided him with my ID and credit card. We spoke about the breakfast, local restaurants, etc and never mentioned not finding my reservation or even discussed a nightly rate. I wasnt until he asked that i enter my card into the machine that i noticed he had charged me for the room in addition to a "deposit". When i questioned the charge he asked the manager to come and correct the credit card charge. I asked for a copy of the charge and credit and was told i could get a copy in the morning once the charges posted overnight, i wasnt pleased but at that point there wasnt anything i could do. When we checked out i made a point to ask for a copy of the statement and it was blank when i questioned it i was told there was nothing posted because i prepaid with Hotels.com when i asked about the error the night before and the fact i was only showing a pending charge on my card and no pending credit and she said "well i dont know what to tell you, i cant give you anything" the level of service was just awful

Summary: Love this hotel. Super comfortable, clean, and conveniently located to highway and food. We stay here often with our dog. Free parking. Our last stay we think the heater wasn’t working on the spa tub so they heated the indoor pool to +90 degrees. Was a lot of fun!

Summary: Our phone did not work. Our room keys did not work (2 out of 3). Front desk lady said it’s because they get demagnetized by being next to our cellphone, my phone was never near my room key.

Summary: I stayed at this property a few years ago and it was lovely and well maintained. It has fallen into disrepair. The room was clean but the condition of the furniture, doors and walls were bad. None of the swipe locks worked to the outside doors. The remote controls were taped together. The staff was great. Sorry, I'll pass on this one in the future.

Summary: Well, i didn't actually stay in Staybridge because i went to check in, and they said my room had flooded. So, they set me up with a room at the homewood suites across the parking lot. They were very kind in making sure we got a good room and everything, but I was a bit disappointed. The Homewood was certainly in poorer condition, and didnt have the.spaces that Staybridge had which made ne choose the room. They said we could still use the communal areas, but it felt kind of weird so we left and stuck to the room. A real bummer for the final day of our vacation.

Summary: This could easily have been one of my favorite hotel stays ever, but some things were lacking. The facility is beautiful, and the suites setup was great, but some of the upkeep was lacking. Your keycards easy get erased if they're placed near a phone in your pocket. Some of the locks didn't work intermittently. The daytime staff were fantastic. They hosted a wonderful breakfast everyday and the evening social hours were fantastic. All in all, a wonderful stay for the money spent.

Summary: Our family stay was great! We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was great for a family of 5. The staff was so nice and helpful. The pool was great! Fitness center was roomy with heavy enough weights. I would stay here again and again!
