Summary: We had our four kids and two adults in one of their suites. Every time we entered our room we smelled a strong “wet dog” - musty, moldy, melody .. they never had enough towels for us on the daily. We would pack up our trash and put it outside the door for pickup and they left it for two days. We had to ask someone to grab it for us. The pull out sofa was absolutely disgusting. I actually went straight downstairs and asked for a new one and they said they didn’t have any. It was flat as can be with the springs inside. Ripped and stained through the bottom. It had blue stains. Red stains. Brown stains. Black stains. No joke. We had to pay a daily parking fee that was not included in our overall stay cost. There was two sliding doors in our suite to separate the main beds and the bathroom and I honestly don’t even know how to explain the locks that they had. One of the doors wouldn’t remain open by itself. Had to put a trash can in front of it to prevent it from falling closed. When the doors closed they automatically latched and locked. I have never seen or experienced such locks. All our kids and even us as adults were stuck and locked in or out constantly. No one was able to attempt to unlock it themselves. Always took two people - one on each side of the door. We paid over $500 for the weekend with this experience. It was honestly a disappointment.
