Summary: Recently renovated and kept very clean. Comfortable and clean suite. Most guests appeared to be staying there for work, with some there on vacation. Only a few guest that appeared to be "living" there. Close to Nashville and easy access to the I40. Otherwise it was a great value all around.

Summary: Extremely clean room and facilities. However, it was not a very comfortable suite. It reminded me of a college apartment. Just basic. No ice machine on premises either. We were told we could go to Sonic or Publix down the street for ice. For stays less than 7 days, no room service is offered. You have to take your dirty linens to the office to exchange for clean ones. A $250 deposit is required at Checkin also. I was not aware of that. You are only allowed to pay by card. So, do not show up with cash expecting to get a room.

Summary: Excellent stay! The suites are large , clean with good layout. Encountered two small issues which were promptly fixed. The only negative might be that the front desk doesn’t open until 9am.

Summary: We spent 5 nights here, could have done it in 4, to finish the IA at Baker’s. But nice to have an extra night to relax. This hotel is new, very nicely equipped with everything you need. Great area for studying & the kitchen is fully equipped with nice pans and dish ware, stove with oven, dishwasher. We didn’t have to eat out, saved lots of time. The staff is truly accommodating and friendly, especially Angie & Sandy. This hotel is well worth the price, a great value.

Summary: It was our first time to stay in a StayAPT suite, and we really liked it. Check-in was a breeze as front desk manager Angela made it fun and easy, she even called us to make sure we were on our way. There were plenty of hotel carts for our luggage and the elevator was nice. The room had two comfortable queen size beds, one well-appointed bathroom, a galley kitchen with full-sized appliances and breakfast bar, and a living room with plenty of furniture for 4 and a large screen TV. The Wi-Fi and thermostat were easy to use. The hotel opened in August 2024 and everything is very clean and new. They have a beautiful courtyard with lots of furniture and even a fire pit and gas grill. There's a fitness room which looked nice. The extra bathroom near the lobby came in handy for our group since there were four of us sharing one bathroom. There is fresh coffee with Keurig in the lobby or a coffee pot in the room with supplied coffee. You can go to the front desk to change your towels or sheets daily if you like. It's a short walk to a couple of eating places. The area is very quiet, except for highway noise which was not a problem for us, and felt safe. The location was good for commuting to Nashville, it took us 30 to 45 minutes depending on where we were going in town. We were all very pleased with this property, and we would definitely consider this hotel chain another time, and if we ever visit Nashville again we would stay here. It's more economical than staying in the city.
