Consider us for a holiday getaway! It is peaceful this time of year. Take a walk to the beach, dine at one of several restaurants, whip up a great meal at the house, shop at the outlets, see a movie, have a movie night at the house, check events happening in Rehoboth...there is much to do!
We offer a 5% discount to any military member or veteran staying upon proof of military service (i.e military ID). Please email us so we may discount the dates before you book your stay.
Enjoy a stay at this comfortable 3-bedroom house in Rehoboth Beach. This 2073 square foot house is in Country Club Estates, a peaceful, quiet neighborhood.
It is just over 3 blocks back from the beach and boardwalk, and within 1-2 blocks from the shops and restaurants on Rehoboth Avenue. You can park your cars and walk everywhere! Also, you are close to Route 1, where you will find the Tanger Outlets, Jungle Gym's Water Park, Lefty's Bowling Alley and Eats, the Movies at Midway, grocery stores, great restaurants, and other shopping.
This property features 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, twin room with TV), 2 sleeper sofas on porch, 2 full bathrooms with hairdryers and one with a tub, 2 living rooms with TVs, and a porch with lots of space and seating for the perfect group getaway. With amenities like parking for 4 cars (driveway for 2 small cars + 2 parking passes for street parking), a kitchen stocked with all the necessary tools (crock pots, meat roaster, and griddle) to cook large meals, central air/heating, Wi-Fi, full size washer and dryer, outside shower, gas grill, back deck, umbrellas for rain, iron and ironing board, and Alexa for music in the background. All the comforts and amenities of home where guests can relax and unwind.
For those with children, walk to Silver Lake. There, you will find a tot lot and just over the foot bridge, you will find the Elementary School with a much larger playground. You can also take the kids to Funland during the summer months! A low cost, very safe, amusement area with rides and games for kids of all ages within walking distance.
From September through May, we offer a 2 night minimum.
Please bring bed linens and towels. Beds include mattress pads, pillows with pillow covers, and comforters. We are able to advise on where you can rent sheets and towels. Rehoboth also offers beach chair, boogie board and umbrella rentals on the beach.
We do have a pet policy. We allow one dog up to 50 pounds. Your furry friend must be potty trained and non-aggressive. Thank you for keeping our yard free of dog waste!
For your safety and peace of mind, exterior cameras are installed at this property. One displays the driveway and the other displays the deck and shed. These are used solely for your/owner safety and protection.

Summary: We had a great stay at this property. Keep in mind they don’t provide sheets for the beds so make sure you pack some! Or you can rent from a sheet service, they provide many options for businesses that rent them.This property had everything we needed and more for our stay. The sunroom was a wonderful place to have our family meals and gather, the outdoor shower is super convenient for washing off before entering the house, and the beach is only a 15 minute walk away. Restaurants and attractions are even closer.The hosts were extremely fast and responsive when we had an issue with getting into the door (we were checking in early and the lock was set on a schedule).Sleeping situation was two twin beds in a room, a queen in a room, and another queen in the other, also two queen size sofa beds in the sunroom. I was surprised at how much temperature control there was in the house, even the sunroom had its own thermostat.Highly recommend!

Summary: We had a fantastic experience at this home. We felt taken care of even before we arrived. Helene was in frequent contact and was thoughtful and helpful every time we connected. The home itself was pristine - spotless, beautifully maintained, and provided every comfort imaginable.Helene and her family went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect — every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and we lacked nothing. To maximize our family time we prepared all of our meals at home which was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans and everything we needed. We’re grateful for the warmth, kindness, and attention to detail that our hosts provided, including by sharing the story of the home itself. We cannot recommend this gem enough to anyone looking for a top-tier, welcoming, and impeccably maintained retreat!

Summary: A home away from home! Such a warm house! Location is great in a quiet neighborhood yet 5-10 minutes walk to everything. Helene was so accommodating and easy to work with. The home has everything you could possibly need. Plenty of room for us…4 adults and 3 older teens, with privacy for all. We will definitely be back next time in Rehoboth!
