Positive: The location and the balconies though it was Winter.

Negative: Waiting for the key because it was a Holiday.

Positive: The whole apartment is set up in a very modern but still cozy way and in a great location of Kolding old city. It has a very nice rooftop although the staircase going up might be challenging for older people and small children. The beds are very comfy. The apartment is located above a restaurant /cafe. We had breakfast there one morning and it was excellent!

Negative: The apartment is very modern and very tasteful designed. From the pictures in booking.com we were expecting a better equipped kitchen. There were exact 4 knives, 4 forks, spoons. It is a very modern kitchen but has hardly any cooking equipment. There was one tiny pot (big enough for one person) and one very big frying pan. There were no cooking tools, but a very fancy looking box of cutting knives. However the staff in the restaurant was extremly helpful and gave us a big enough pot so we were able to cook some easy food for our children in the evenings. There was one big shower towel per person but unfortunately not face towels. No hooks to hang the towels and no shower mat to avoid slipping or getting the bathroom floor wet. We asked for more towels and were given more without any hesitation. There are no shelves in the bathroom to keep some items. The floors were not cleaned very well as there was a lot of dust and hair in the corners.

Positive: Very nice and luxurious apartment in the old city centre of Kolding. Lots of cafés and eateries around, but still quiet at night. Well equiped kitchen. Very clean; nice beds and bedding; luxury bathroom. Balcony and terraces looked lovely, but wind and rain spoiled the opportunity. Room service available from the restaurant below, where you can pick up your key from the helpful staff

Negative: A minor detail: the main entrance door closed locked and the key did not work to that door, so had to return for help from the staff. They assured me this will be fixed.

Positive: Perfect Location. Modern clean. The view. Appreciated finding fresh milk and oat milk in the fridge. I liked it more when the staff quickly responded to request for more towels and a pan.

Negative: Some very small additional things for living would have helped to make the place 5 star - more of a range of pots and pans, some tables or surfaces to put clothes down in the bathroom and bedrooms. More than one key.

Summary: Comfortable. Nice staff. Almost spectacular location looking over roof tops. Very central but quiet. Very nice place.
