Positive: The home was very spacious and had ducted air conditioning. It was well presented on the inside, and the beds were very comfortable. It had most things available, which made it feel homely.

Negative: The outdoor area was not very clean, and the yard was a bit messy. The shower doors don't close properly as the glass needs to be adjusted. There were no dishwasher tablets, and couldn't find a plug for the kitchen sink.

Positive: This property was close to the venue we had come to Brisbane to attend, the beds were comfortable, the shower pressure was excellent, it was easy to access the property via the garage.

Negative: Cleanliness was an issue, rubbish found under beds, master bedroom toilet had not been flushed, main bathroom shower needed a good clean, kitchen sink had no plug so had to run the water to do the dishes, the egg lifter was unusable it had been burnt really badly and left in the draw, we replaced it at less than $2. The toaster was dirty and needed a clean, and the patio needed to be swept.

Summary: The accomodation was good, just needed someone to give it a good clean.

Positive: The size and location

Negative: There were no batteries in the fire alarms. There were blown lights in the kitchen. There were no plugs for the kitchen sinks, the laundry sink or the lovely bath tub.

Summary: We were disappointed that we couldn’t use the bath.

Negative: There wasn’t a set of keys as stated in the message, only 1 button which made it a bit hard to access when having multiple families
