Positive: self catering and I did the breakfast so it was great! Location--next to the railway station and bus stops outside the railway station with 'loop' service to Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Margate every 8 minutes. Car not needed! Accommodation--excellent.

Negative: We would have welcomed a hand-rail from bottom to top of the stairs. And it's a steep drop from pavement to path. Minor points: no guides to operating TV and micro-wave. And local information would be useful.

Summary: really good break. went to Broadstairs[bus], Canterbury[train] and Van Gogh trail

Positive: Decent accommodation, car parking was easy (on street), nice flat pillows, biscuits, milk and coffee/tea provided gratis. Arranged an earlier check-in when requested.

Negative: Mind your head when exiting the stairs (low ceiling), live TV difficult to work out for 3 older guys.

Summary: Decent accommodation at a reasonable price near the station.

Positive: Home from home - everything we needed is provided. And it’s clean…The house has been renovated to a high standard and has good decor and furniture. Shower and bath - great. Beds very comfortable. Station close so trains coming in slowly - didn’t bother us at all. We had one parking permit and always found somewhere to park, but there are plenty of nearby roads too - feels safe. Owner very quick to respond.

Negative: Absolutely nothing, and I’m fussy….:):)
