Positive: We had a wonderful stay, the owner was absolutely lovely. Everything was very clean, there is a lovely outdoor area and a kitchenette. We had a small problem with a shower and it was fixed almost instantly! The rooms are small but very clean and cosy! The railway station and metro station are nearby, there's also a supermarket very close. Thank you!

Positive: Great place. Comfortable room, everything new, hot water, slippers, shampoo, and shower gel. The room has a shower. There's a shared kitchen and washing machine. The owner is a nice person, he met us and showed us around. I recommend it to all travelers. It's very quiet.

Positive: Everything exceeded my expectations so I stayed for a second time here. Obviously, I was once again welcomed warmly and was provided with an excellent luxurious room with a private bathroom. If you require a good place to stay close to Yerevan centre or near the airport this is the right place!
