Positive: Very quiet and secluded area but a short drive to town, I really liked the houses, everything was very quaint, all the cottages are really nice. This is a great get away if you want space, quiet, and nature, except there are roosters that function as a natural alarm clock. The views of the ocean are nice, this is a very relaxing place.

Negative: I can tell the complex is getting tired and is in need of updates, I understand the price is very reasonable so it is fine with me The pool is also in need of repairs but I am not a pool person anyways, there is a great black sand beach in the area.

Positive: It was super breezy, and the view was beautiful. Bed was comfortable and cozy, didn't need air-conditioning Communication was great and the manager was super friendly and helpful.

Negative: Lots of moths because of the light and open roof concept but the mosquito net that goes over the bed helped that and was cute too, Lighting wasn't the best either Breakfast was supposed to be included but was told the chef was on vacation. Didnt have anyone coming by to clean and there were no cleaning products available in the cabin, place could use a few upgrades.

Negative: Some elements of then place needs upgrading for example the shower sprayed all over the bathroom. There was lots and lots of ants. The pool is not properly cleaned nor the dishes for that matter

Positive: Our ferry was cancelled to Statia so only stayed 1 night instead of 2. Location is out of town so you need to organise a taxi. Breakfast was good. The room was basic but good for an overnight stay. Wifi was scratchy but Tony gave us a dongle and it was fixed in the morning. Very quiet and the pool was lovely. There were kitchen facilities but we didn’t use them.

Positive: Loved the location, which is slightly outside of the main town in the middle of nature. The little houses have a view of the ocean and you can hear the goats and birds roaming around outside the property. The bed is super comfortable and large size, making it the perfect place to relax with a view of the ocean. Or to go down to the pool for a refreshing swim. Tony, the manager is super friendly and always ready to help. The island itself is super sweet, not super touristy, but still with nice tasty restaurants by the harbor or a more authentic eating experience in town. Would highly recommend

Negative: There is nothing I can think of what I didn't like.

Positive: Great location, full nature and stunning views! Fun animals like chicken and lizard. It is really as Paradise as they advert. I was more than happy there. The staff is also cool and easy to get along with. Even more big thx to Cecilia, who helped during the breakfast and cleaned up the place in the morning! All very nice and they are well connected to correct local taxis too! I could meet and talk also with kind locals of Eustace and Saba in the shared cab.
