Positive: The apartment was beautiful and very clean, it was the perfect place to use as our base for our time in Tuscany. The location is great, a few minutes away from the main streets, but provided a quiet and cozy stay without being too far away from the attractions and transport. Marta was very clear with communication and made us feel welcome. I couldn't think of a better place to stay in this lovely city.

Positive: As soon as we entered it felt very homely and clean. Marta was great at communicating and allowed us to drop our bags early to go and explore the city. They also gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area. The decor of the flat was delightful, with everything including the small touches thought through.
Negative: If I had to be picky the bed was slightly firm for my taste but that’s down to personal preference!
