Positive: I was particularly pleased with the little welcome pack that was left for us on the dining room table upon arriving with crisps, sweets and biscuits. The information booklet was informative and both it and the rack by the door contained lots of information about attractions and things to do in the local area. The leisure area was excellent for the children to enjoy a swim on the rainy days, and several seaside towns and attractions were just a short drive away from the property. They had a good laugh playing on the table tennis table also. The information booklet says that the leisure area is supposed to close at 1800hrs for the pool to be cleaned, but the hosts offered to let us use the facility later if we wanted to, they just had to be informed first so they didn't use chemicals in the pool while anyone was in there. There is a old country pub just at the end of the lane, which would be handy for those guests who can get some time away from their children. The information pack mentions that the hosts are looking at updating the property over time, so this property will likely only get better with time.

Negative: Honestly there was not much at all to dislike about the property. The only thing I had trouble with was that the parking spaces are marked off with long beams of wood wrapped in wire mesh, which I had to move a bit to fit the family Tourneo into, but the hosts didn't seem to mind at all that I had moved them.
