Negative: Little to nothing. WiFi isn’t the strongest but that is the case for 99% of the island

Positive: This is my third time staying here and each time it gets better. Bungalows have been upgraded, are very well maintained with good storage space and kept very clean. The staff are fabulous and help with anything you need. They took great care of me when I was feeling unwell - thank you everyone for that!

Negative: I was disappointed to hear the owner is planning to build two more bungalows where the restaurant is - please don't! The garden and views in front of the restaurant are one of the things that make this place special and add to a positive experience when staying here.

Positive: Very helpful staff. They support with rent of motorbikes (150B/day), travel to Phuket (speed boat, ride to bus station Ranong, bus trip to Phuket Bus Terminal 2 = 940B), your questions belonging the island and guiding snakes or bugs out of the bungalow.

Negative: Very noisy bugs in the trees as it feels like living very close to the jungle. In rainy season (august) the island is full of „lost places“ and it is hard to find infrastructure (open bars or restaurants).

Summary: Calm and peaceful stay with some shocking moments of insects entering the bungalow

Positive: This Resort was amazing, we had the beachfront 2 bedroom bungalow. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant food was excellent. The property was well maintained and close to other restaurants. We went in the low season and it was perfect nice and quiet with the beach to ourselves. Loved our 8 night stay here. Thankyou Starlight.

Negative: The restaurant was only open till 12 noon due to low season, although at times they were flexible with this. A little fridge in the bungalow would have been good to keep drinks and food cool.

Positive: good location, nice staff, beds were super comfortable

Negative: menus are so deteriorated that is wasn't appealing to eat there..tried one time and never again. You can go to flower power restaurant (5min walking) better food! there are no lights at night to move within the resort, but you get a small torch many bugs... cockroaches and 5cm spiders that will scare the shit out of you
