Summary: Older property but has had some upgrades. Comfortable beds quiet and very affordable. Would prefer to have security lock on the door- regular key only and no deadbolt

Summary: When we arrived the owner was very nice.we got our key. When we entered our room we were shocked. First off the bathroom sink was in the common area not the bathroom there was no closet but a clothes rack set up beside the bed. The chairs were stained, there was a huge stain in the middle of the floor. The room stunk, the lamp was held together with duct tape. And on top of that the pevious people peed in the garbage can and it was never dumped. I went to the lobby and the owner was very nice but did not offer a discount or another room. So if you dont care where you sleep the price is right. The owner appologized and said she would clean it better.

Summary: It was just what we needed. Affordable and clean. The room was bigger than expected, beds comfortable and clean. Very happy with our time there for a tournament. There was a med sized fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee. We had brought our own food so this fit our needs perfectly.
