Positive: It was in a quiet location but near enough to places we wanted to visit. It was warm, comfortable and clean. The accommodation was in an annexe next to the pub but there was no disturbance heard from the pub. The breakfast was freshly cooked and plenty. The shower in the room was hot and there were tea & coffee making facilities.

Negative: It was a little dated in appearance and it would have been preferable to have bath sheets rather than bath towels.

Positive: Good value for money. Easy check-in. Dog friendly. Very clean and comfortable room. Nice breakfast.

Negative: The heating was on when I arrived and it was automatic, I was unable to turn it off. The room was very hot indeed, almost uncomfortably so.

Positive: Twynholm is a very nice village. Small but worth exploring. Property was clean and room had everything needed. Excellent breakfast. Friendly service.

Negative: Towels were rather thin. It is pity the accommodation is in an annex rather than in the main building. Also a pity that the bar and restaurant are closed during weekdays, especially as there are no other options in Twynholm.
