Summary: We were really looking forward to the pool and it was CLOSED. Nothing advertised as such. Really disappointed.

Summary: Had to wait for an adult to come to the desk so we could check in. Then tried to sleep with a crying baby and some guy yelling at the baby all night, not to mention the bumping music going most of the night also. Next morning, had to go to the desk and wait again for someone who could get me some coffee and sugar, only to find the packs of sugar/ sweetener had no stir straws in them.

Summary: It took almost 30 minutes to check in and I had a prepaid reservation. The longest portion of that was trying to charge me a $20 dog fee. I unpacked as my hubby unloaded and walked the dog. After that we realized the dead bolt on the front door AND the dead bolt to the joining room didn’t work. We moved to a different room. ZERO reimbursement or refund.

Summary: My stay at Star City Inn & Suites was friendly,the lady that is over the place was very understanding to my situation, death situation and my dogs 2, I was given a ground floor room next too the outer door to make it easier on me physically. The air conditioner was Great! The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on. My step-brother even went out of his way to get a room at the hotel. The staff was very accommodating. if I'm ever this way again l will stay here again.

Summary: Wife and I stayed here often at 60 a night. Was totally what you would expect of a 60 per night hotel. Not great, not terrible. Then they decide to bump up to 80 a night out of nowhere. I cannot stress to you enough that this is NOT a 80 per night worthy hotel. Shampoo and Conditioner Constantly empty. I firmly believe their AC units are on a breaker they only turn on during certain times of the day. Wont work at all, then out of the blue you wake up and its on. They dont accept reward points, and hey, if you pay in cash, theyll give you 2 dollars off. We stayed here 5 to 6 nights a month. Never again. Paper thin walls make it tough if you have neighbors. Owners asked us to review. You get what you ask for.

Summary: This is a very nice hotel and very affordable. The owner is great and responsive. Rooms were amazing and larger refrigerator and freezer. This is the place to stay!
