Positive: Next to underground station, Francesco really helpful, replied to all my messages immediately about how to reach the apartment, next to big supermarket. Spacious apartment, big renovated bathroom.

Negative: Windows need renovation. During night you could get annoyed by street noise. A small kitchenette would be helpful as well.

Positive: 1. The Host was a really nice man and he made sure to accommodate us in every possible way. 2. The location is excellent as it is really near to two metro stations: Gorla and Turro. 3. Carrefour is on walking distance to the hotel so that you can buy anything you want and it's open 24/7

Negative: 1. The room didn't have an Air conditioner which was brutal in this scorching heat of Italy in August. We recommended to the host to put it as soon as possible. 2. There was microwave oven but no proper cutlery to heat food.

Positive: close-by to the supermarket that is open 24/7 & close to the train station which is a short ride away to the center/duomo, hosts were super friendly, helpful & communicative. room was very spacious & the shower had good water pressure, would stay again!

Negative: kettle timer is broken & has lots of limescale, need to keep an eye on the kettle otherwise it gets very hot & continuously boils unless you unplug it, coffee machine leaks
