Positive: Big enough for my whole family of 9. The grandchildren had room to roam And not cramped as the hotels.

Negative: Need some steps to help get up on the king size bed. My handicap daughter had some trouble getting on and off the bed.

Summary: We would stay again,whenever we get a chance to make it back to the black hills.

Positive: I liked the size and openness to the house. The family room and living room were both great and the pool was our favorite.

Negative: We did find a child's binky under the bed. The master bedroom tripped twice for no real reason which we just reset ourselves. Seems a bit pricey for just a big house
