Positive: Central location, proximity to restarants, parking directly in front of the hotel.

Negative: Old furniture, dead flies on the floor, no tea/coffee in the room, there was a sauna but no gym, organisation at breakfast i.e. knife on the table but you had to go get a fork which resulting in more chaos in a relatively small breakfast room. The coffee machine is right there when you walk in with two different size cups. When I entered the room, to save time and reduce traffic I took the largest cup and pressed cappucino... the cup overflowed!!! It turned out the cappucino mugs were on the tables!

Summary: OK Hotel in good location.

Positive: The room and location were great, and the heating was excellent. However, we encountered an issue with a foul odor (like sewer gas). Their first reaction was to blame us for leaving the window open, but we hadn't. After explaining, they said it was unavoidable and we’d just have to put up with it. They didn't offer to change our room or provide any compensation. Additionally, there was no hot water in the bathroom. Their explanation was to let it run longer, but even after running it for a long time, there was still no hot water, so we eventually gave up.
