Summary: Banging from 5a.m. The state of the room was terrible due the amount of damage. Terrible fix it job on bathroom door handle & it was very hard to open & close. Top of radiator was filthy, room was too hot & had to ask for a fan. Wasn't a double bed like we asked for but two single beds pushed together.

Summary: Parking was easy. I got here early (before check-in) and they accommodated me and gave me my room which was clean and ready. It's incredibly convenient for Aintree racecourse
