Positive: Lovely little cottage in a great location to visit lots of Welsh towns.

Negative: Bed was very hard, would have been useful to have basics in the kitchen like tea, coffee, sugar etc.

Positive: The Stable is spacious for 2 people and very comfortable. The Location is excellent for getting around N Pembrokeshire. Having an outdoor space to eat was great (if not very private). Bed was comfortable. Shower was good. Hosts were friendly and attentive when we did have problems. Its good for families with space to play around the property on the farm and things to do. Heating available if needed.

Negative: The wifi does not exist - the documentation suggests it is slow and the house folder admits its reaalllly slow but it was so very slow that we could not possibly use it. This prevented us from using BBC iplayer for example. We think it not accurate to say there is wifi even if its "in the gym". The kitchen appliances were adequate but very old - the markings indicating "oven" "grill" "hot" "fan" were no longer visible and for the cooker and for most appliances there was no relevant user manual available. Manuals were for installation or for other equipment. 10 DVDs were available but there was no DVD player - nor was the manual available although this was rectified. We had a problem with the dishwasher (we only used twice) but the owner fixed the next morning., Given the cost of the Stable we had expectations of a little more "luxury". Equivalent properties we have used provide a welcome pack - a small bottle of milk for example - but there was nothing. Not a problem but sad. Also given the cost we expected to find more than 2 black plastic sacks, 2 dish washer tablets and 2 toilet rolls. It all felt a bit cheap. We were in the Stable for 2.5 weeks and again are accustomed to the bedding and towels being changed weekly. This did not happen. Not an issue really but we didnt feel like any effort was made by the managing agency. I dare say they have to come from afar.

Summary: Attractive, comfortable accommodation in a good location but marred by poor facilities and supplies.

Positive: Very comfortable and characterful. Extremely peaceful location in the countryside with lovely birdsong . Good location for stunning beaches at Newport and Poppit Sands and for dramatic coastline walks.

Negative: I suggest the owner provide a welcome pack of local produce so there are some basic provisions upon guests arrival

Positive: Fantastic location for a peaceful rural break, close to coastal path, beaches and beautiful hills for walking. The cottage was lovely, nice big comfy bed and a lovely garden to sit with a glass of wine after a days walking.

Positive: Property was lovely and in an amazing location. A good size, with everything we needed. Appreciated the jacuzzi bath and pet friendliness. Good clear instructions to find the place too (use what 3 words).
