Positive: This was in a great location, very quiet and in a lovely setting. The photos were a true representation to the property and the hosts were super helpful and very nice. Everything within the property was working and all we needed for our stay.

Negative: The property had a slight smell of damp on entry, but nothing major and certainly not a deal breaker, just the difference between a 9/10 and a 10/10. In fairness it’s not uncommon with property like this after the winter season. I’d revisit without hesitation.

Positive: Lovely location, clean and comfortable. The hosts were very nice. The cottage was well appointed , good internet speeds. It had everything that you need for a relaxing stay and the location right on the banks of the river Tamar was exceptional.

Positive: We all enjoyed the fresh eggs, bread and milk, which made a lovely welcome. We enjoyed walking directly from the property, without needing to take the car. The garden was a relaxing and sheltered space, and the beautiful hens paid several visits to forage. We enjoyed talking to Jonathan and hearing his plans for the site.

Negative: Softer mattresses, but that's possibly a personal thing.
