Positive: The location is good, 5 min from the gates of Damascus.

Negative: I think that the property looks better in the pictures. In reality is more shabby and worn out, really modest, the cleanliness is doubtful, stains everywhere. I would say overpriced. Big breakfast, but plain.

Positive: Ideal location for walking to the Old City, historical sites, bus stations. Everything you could need was a 5 minute walk yet the guest house was on a very quiet street.

Negative: The shower is small but adequate.

Positive: There's very nice staff here. The location is very convenient and the facilities are clean and the area is quiet despite the good location.

Negative: Everything was great, but just be aware that you're not getting a 5 star experience. It's a barebones hotel, but for what it is you will not want for anything.

Positive: This is a great location for getting to Old Jerusalem. It's only a 5-minute walk to the Damascus Gate. The room was spacious, but as is typical in older buildings, the bathroom was small and the shower stall was very small.

Negative: While the breakfast was OK, more warm food options would have been nice. The breakfast is good enough to fill your stomach and get you going for the day, however.

Positive: It's very close to the old city and several tourist attractions. It's a bit difficult to find at first, but then it gets easy. The internet is great. The staff is okay. They helped me with an iron. She also gave me a plug adapter.

Negative: The breakfast wasn't that good. The shower was terrible; it was like a tap. And the shower stall was very small, which left the whole bathroom soaked. There were also toilets that leaked. And the room was very cold. The TV didn't work, nor did the air conditioning. The receptionist didn't know how to fix them.

Positive: Great place where we felt the atmosphere of the place and time! The staff (Myrna) is very welcome and helped us find the parking and feel welcomed at the guesthouse! The place is situated about 10 minutes walk from the Western Wall and Via Dolorosa. It was so quiet in the morning 🌄 and we enjoyed our tasty breakfast 🥞 in the dining room!
