Summary: Overall we were very happy with the staff and hotel. However the waiting time for a drink in the captain’s bar was far too long. On average some time up to 15-20 minutes. The system for ordering and delivering needs to be changed.

Summary: Second visit and we weren’t disappointed. All staff friendly, welcoming. Lovely big room. Pool areas looked lovely but our preference was the beach. Splash is great for lunch, food freshly made and great service

Summary: This was our second visit and I have to say that stuff the old stuff that I remember from the trip two years ago is extremely nice but the new staff specially at the restaurant they they are mean sometimes they don’t know the menu at least this is how I felt

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed a 10 day stay at this resort. Lovely staff lovely food. We preferred the beach to the pool but both are lovely. Clean spacious rooms. Drink service a little on the slow side potentially just need a few more staff but other than that it was brilliant.
