Summary: Overall my stay was good; the front desk staff was really nice but the only thing that really didn't sit well with me was they there was literally no hot water. That's not the fault of the front desk of course but that did have an impact on my rating.

Summary: The room was very clean, no smell, the carpet seemed newer? Very nice bedding. Very spacious room, really enjoyed the stay and would absolutely book here again. The front desk staff was friendly and check in was super easy. Needed a key card to operate the elevator, which was an added layer of security.

Summary: The room had 2 out of three light switches broken. They were motion activated but could not be turned off. This meant that the whole room was illuminated when someone needed to use the bathroom in the night. We asked reception if they could fix the issue and they said they were sending a repairman. Half an hour later we asked again and they said he was 30 minutes away. At midnight he still hadn't come and the children were passing out; they finally admitted there was no one coming and to just tape over it.
