Positive: The property was nice, great space outside for a child to play, the stores were pretty close. The swing and garden furniture was also very lovely. The kitchen was well equipped. It was good for a family of 3.

Negative: Upon arriving and asking how to turn the hot tub on, we've been told, that we can't do that, and we can't use it this w-e as it needs to be cleaned, and there's no one to do it. Only upon mentioning a relocation, they agreed to clean it, but it took quite a few hours for the water to heat up, so we could use it mostly before checking out, for which 40 E is a bit overpriced. The fake, plastic lawn, tacky plastic flowers and the abundance of cheap stickers placed throughout the house was also nasty - especially the one on the inside of the toilet cover - .
