Positive: The house was situated perfectly , which is a conservation area, two local shops and a restaurant and bar close by, which serves exceptional food with very friendly staff. Very accessible to beaches and historic sites. The house is dog friendly, with an enclosed garden, the garden has a covered area which is great for sitting with a morning coffee or an evening refreshment. The bed we used was very comfy and the house was warm, a log/coal fire is in the living room as well as gas central heating.. We look forward to visiting again.

Positive: Beautiful large rooms. Fabulous house.

Negative: It was cold- but to fair we booked at very last minute and the owner did put the heating on straight away but it took a day to warm up. There was no coal or firewood again short notice. But it could have been supplied. We purchased from local shop. Electric shower needs attention. Very poor water flow - took ages to wash hair!

Positive: Good facilities and value for money. Everything was clean, tidy and Shona made sure we had what we needed during stay. We were able to park outside property which was handy.

Negative: Only negative was I was expecting 2 bathrooms as per advert, however we managed fine with bath/shower room and separate toilet.
